Soak Moong Dal & Tuar Dal for 1 hour. In a cooker, put Water, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Ghee, Moong Dal & Tuar Dal. Give it 3 whistles. Mash them & take out them in a bowl. In a cooker, put Water, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Whole Moong Dal & give it 2-3 whistles. Take a pan, put Ghee, Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Black Cardamon, Cloves, Green Cardamon, Black Pepper, Cumin Seeds, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Tomato Green Chili Paste & cook it till it releases Ghee. Put whisked Curd, Salt then cover it & cook it for 5-6 min. Put boiled Dals, some Water & cook it for 5-7 min. Put Cream, Coriander Leaves, Crispy Fried Onion & Garam Masala Powder then give it Tadka of Ghee, long chopped Green Chili, roasted & dried Fenugreek Leaves & Red Chili Powder. Garnish the Tasty Mughlai Dal with Mint Leaves, Cream & Crispy Fried Onion.
