INGREDIENTS:
For Kheer:
* Water (पानी) - 1/4 cup
* Milk (दूध) - 1 liter
* Rice (चावल) - 1/2 cup - soaked
* Saffron (केसर)
* Sugar (चीनी) - 1 serving spoon
* Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर)
* Raisins (किशमिश)
* Almondette seeds/Chironji (चिरौंजी)
* Almond (बादाम)
* Cashew nuts (काजू)

For Poori:
* Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 1 cup
* Gram flour (बेसन) - 1/4 cup
* Semolina (सूजी) - 1/4 cup
* Dried fenugreek leaves (कसूरी मेथी) - 1 spoon
* Carom seeds (अजवाइन) - 1/2 tsp
* Salt (नमक)
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
* Water (पानी)
* Oil (तेल)

For Aloo Ki Sabji:
* Oil (तेल)
* Potato (आलू) - 5 boiled
* Ginger (अदरक)
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च)
* Dry whole red chili (सूखी साबुत लाल मिर्च)
* Cumin seeds (जीरा)
* Curry leaves (कड़ी पत्ता)
* Asafoetida (हींग)
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
* Tomato (टमाटर)
* Curd (दही) - 1 cup
* Kashmiri red chili (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च) - 1 tsp
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 2 tsp
* Dried fenugreek leaves (कसूरी मेथी)
* Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
* Garam masala (गरम मसाला)
* Mango powder (अमचूर पाउडर)
* Sugar (चीनी)
* Water (पानी)
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती)

RECIPE:
For Kheer,take pan,put Water & Raw Milk in it for boiling.Stir it till it starts boiling.Soak some Rice for 30 mins then mash them with hands & put them in the boiling Milk.Stir it continuously & when it starts boiling then keep the flame low to medium & cook it by covering it.Mash the Rice with masher & put Sugar,Saffron Milk & cook it on slow flame for 3-4 mins.Then put Cardamom Powder,Raisin,Almondette Seeds,roasted Almonds & Cashew Nuts.
For Sabji,mix someKashmiri Red Chili Powder,Turmeric powder,Coriander Powder & Salt in some Curd.
Take a pan,put Oil,fry boiled & chopped Potatoes then put Ginger,Green Chilies,Dried Whole Red Chilies,Cumin Seeds,Curry Leaves,Asafoetida,Turmeric Powder,finely chopped Tomatoes,Curd & spices,boiled & mashed Potatoes,dried & roasted Fenugreek Leaves,Black Pepper Powder,Garam Masala,Mango Powder,Sugar & Water.Cook them on slow flame.Garnish Aloo Sabji with Coriander Leaves.
For Poori,take Wheat Flour,Gram Flour,Semolina,dried & roasted Fenugreek Leaves,Carom Seeds,Salt,Turmeric Powder & add Water for binding the dough.Apply Oil & make it smooth.Keep it aside by covering it for sometime.Make dough balls,roll them & fry them in Ghee/Oil.Serve the Tasty Poori Sabji with delicious Kheer.
