INGREDIENTS:
For Dough:
* Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 2 Cup
* Baati flour (लाल गेहूं का आटा) - 1 Cup
* Semolina (सूजी) - 1/4 Cup
* Salt (नमक)
* Carom seeds (अजवाइन) - Crushed
* Fennel seeds (सौंफ) - Crushed
* Cumin seeds (जीरा) - Crushed
* Baking soda (मीठा सोडा) - 1/4 Tsp
* Ghee (घी) - 3 Tbsp
* Water (पानी) - More than 1 cup

For Peas-Potato Filling:
* Oil (तेल) - 1 Spoon
* Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
* Asafoetida (हींग) - 1 Pinch
* Ginger ( अदरक)
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च)
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) - 1/2 Tsp
* Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर)
* Mango powder (अमचूर पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Peas (मटर)
* Potato (आलू) - 1 Big, boiled
* Chat masala (चाट मसाला)
* Salt (नमक)
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती)

For Paneer Filling:
* Cottage cheese (पनीर) - 100 Grams
* Sweet Corn (कॉर्न) - 1 Cup
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
* Chat masala (चाट मसाला) - 1/2 Ts p
* Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर)
* Salt (नमक)
* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)

RECIPE:
For Potato Filling,take a pan,put Oil,Cumin Seeds,Asafoetida,Ginger & Green Chilies in it & roast them.Then turn the flame slow & put Turmeric Powder,Coriander Powder,Garam Masala Powder,Cumin Powder,Mango Powder,Red Chili Powder,Peas,boiled & mashed Potatoes,Salt,Chat Masala.Mash the filling with the masher & garnish some Coriander Leaves.Make the balls of the Filling.
For Cottage Cheese Filling,take grated Cottage Cheese,Corns,Coriander Leaves,Chat Masala,Cumin Powder,Salt,Red Chili Powder,Black Pepper Powder & make the balls of the Filling.
For dough,take a bowl,put some Wheat Flour,Baati Flour,Semolina,Salt,Crushed Carom Seeds,Fennel Seeds & Cumin Seeds,Baking Soda & Ghee in it.Mix them all,add Water gradually & bind the dough.Cover the dough & keep it aside for 20-25 mins.Then make some dough balls,spread the dough balls with palm & fill the fillings & join them properly.
Pre-heat the OTG for 10 mins,keep the Stuffed Baati on the greased Tray & bake them at 220 degree for 10 mins.After 10 mins,turn the Baati on the other side & bake them for 10 mins more.
Pre-heat the Pressure Cooker by putting some Salt,a plate & put its lid by removing its whistle & rubber on medium flame.Then put the Baati in the pre-heated Cooker bake them for 15 mins on slow flame.After 15 mins,turn the Baati on the other side,apply some Ghee on them & bake them for 15 mins more.Serve the Delicious Stuffed Baati by dipping them in Ghee.
