INGREDIENTS:
For Filling:
* Gram flour (बेसन) - 1 Serving spoon
* Oil (तेल) - 1 Spoon
* Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
* Asafoetida (हींग) - 1 Pinch
* Coriander+Fennel seeds (धनिया+ सौंफ) - 1 Tbsp
* Ginger (अदरक)
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च)
* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Mango powder (अमचूर पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Garam masala (गरम मसाला) - 1/2 Tsp
* Cinnamon powder (दालचीनी पाउडर) 1/4 Tsp
* Clove powder (लौंग पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
* Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
* Water (पानी) - 1-2 Tbsp
* Potato (आलू) - 4
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
* Salt (नमक)
* Sugar powder (चीनी पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp

For Batter:
* Gram flour (बेसन) - 1 Cup
* Carom seeds (अजवाइन)
* Asafoetida (हींग) - 1 Pinch
* Salt (नमक)
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Baking soda (मीठा सोडा) - 2 Pinch
* Semolina (रवा) - 1 Tbsp
* Water (पानी)
* Lemon juice (निम्बू का रस)
* Oil (तेल)

For Chutney:
* Oil (तेल)
* Garlic (लहसुन) - 1 Spoon
* Onion (प्याज) - 2 Spoons
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च)
* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
* Salt (नमक)
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर)
* Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर)
* Garam masala (गरम मसाला)
* Potato filling (आलू का मसाला)
* Water (पानी)
* Sweet chutney (मीठी चटनी)
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती)

RECIPE:
For Filling,take a pan,put Oil,Cumin Seeds,Asafoetida,Crushed Coriander Seeds & Fennel Seeds,grated Ginger,chopped Green Chilies in it then turn the flame slow & put some Spices like- Red Chili Powder,Turmeric Powder,Coriander Powder,Mango Powder,Cumin Powder,Garam Masala Powder,Cinnamon Powder,Clove Powder & Black Pepper Powder.Roast the Spices for a min by adding some Water in it.Put boiled & mashed Potatoes in it & mash them with the masher.Put some Sugar Powder & Coriander Leaves.Keep the filling for cooling down.Then take out some of the Filling in a bowl for making Chutney & put some Roasted Gram Flour in the remaining filling & make balls.
For Batter,take a bowl,put Roasted Gram Flour,Carom Seeds,Asafoetida,Salt,Turmeric Powder,Red Chili Powder,Baking Soda & Semolina.Mix them & add Water gradually in it & make a thick batter.
Dip the Filling balls in the batter & fry them in the medium heated Oil.You can also double fry the Aloo Bonda.
For Chutney,take a pan,put Oil,grated Garlic,chopped Onion,Ginger & Green Chilies.Roast them then put Red Chili Powder,Salt,Turmeric Powder,Coriander Powder,Cumin Powder,Garam Masala & some Potato Filling.Mix them & put some Water,Sweet Chutney & Coriander Leaves.Different type of Chutney/Sabzi will get ready.Serve the Delicious Aloo Bonda with Chutney.
