Malai Kofta In Restaurant Style | बिना प्याज़ बिना लहसुन के स्वादिष्ट मलाई कोफ्ता बनाने का आसान तरीका

* Potato (आलू) - 1-2 boiled
* Cottage cheese (पनीर) - 100-150 grams
* Salt (नमक) - some
* Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) - some
* Black pepper (काली मिर्च) - some
* All-purpose flour (मैदा) - 2 tsp
* Dry fruits (सूखे मेवे) - some
* Oil/Ghee (तेल/घी) - 2-3 tbsp

* Green cardamom (हरी इलायची) - 2 pieces
* Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1/2
* Cinnamon (दालचीनी) - 1 piece
* Black pepper (काली मिर्च) - 10 pieces
* Cashew nuts (काजू) - 4-5 pieces
* Mawa/Khoya (मावा/खोया) - 2 tbsp
* Tomatoes (टमाटर) - 2 big size
* Ginger (अदरक) - some
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - 1
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 tsp
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 tsp
* Chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
* Cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/4 tsp
* Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) - 1/2 tsp
* Salt (नमक) - as per taste
* Water (पानी) - 1 glass
* Ghee/Butter/Oil (घी/बटर/तेल) - 1 tsp
* Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
* Dried fenugreek leaves (कसूरी मेथी) - roasted
* Sugar (चीनी) - optional
* Fresh cream (फ्रेश मलाई) - some
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती) - for garnishing


In a pan, put some Oil, Green Cardamom, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon Stick and Black Pepper and saute them. Then put some Cashew Nuts, Khoya/Mawa, chopped Tomatoes, Ginger and Green Chilies in it and put some spices like Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder and some Salt in it. Then put some water in it and cook it by covering it. Then keep it for cooling down and grind it and make a paste.
For Koftas, take some boiled and mashed Potatoes, grated Cottage Cheese, Salt, Black Pepper Powder and some All Purpose Flour in it and mix them all. Then apply some Oil on your palms, take some mixture, fill some Dry Fruits in it and make a ball of it and wrap it in All Purpose Flour. In the same way, make ready all the Kofta balls and shallow fry them in a pan.
Take a pan, put some Ghee/Butter/Refined Oil, some Kashmiri Red Chili Powder and the ground paste in it by filtering it with a strainer. Then put some dried and roasted Fenugreek Leaves and cook it for 2 mins more. Then put some Sugar and Fresh Milk Cream in it and turn off the flame and serve it in a bowl. Put the gravy in the bowl and then put some shallow fried Koftas in it and garnish it with Fresh Milk Cream and Coriander Leaves. In this way, very amazing Malai Koftas in Restaurant Style will get ready easily at home without Onion and Garlic.
