INGREDIENTS:
FOR SAMBAR:
* Sambar premix (सांबर प्रीमिक्स) - 1/2 cup/ 3 tbsp
* Hot water (गर्म पानी) - 3-4 cups
* Oil (तेल) - 2 tsp
* Curry leaves (कड़ी पत्ता) - some
* Mustard seeds (राई) - 1/2 tsp
* Urad dal (उड़द की दाल) - 1/2 tsp
* Chickpea lentil (चना दाल) - 1/2 tsp
* Cumin seeds (जीरा) - some
* Dry red chili (सूखी लाल मिर्च) - 2-3
* Asafoetida (हींग) - 1/4 tsp
* Ginger (अदरक) - some
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - some
* Tomatoes (टमाटर) - 2
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 tsp
* Chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
* Jaggery (गुड़) - as per taste
* Salt (नमक) - as per taste
* Water (पानी) - as required
FOR SAMBAR PREMIX:
* Pigeon pea (तुअर की दाल) - 4 tbsp
* Chickpea lentil (चना दाल) - 2 tbsp
* Urad dal (उड़द की दाल) - 2 tbsp
* Rice (चावल) - 2 tbsp
* Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1 tbsp
* Coriander seeds (सूखा धनिया) - 1.5 tbsp
* Dried fenugreek leaves (कसूरी मेथी) - 1tbsp
* Fenugreek seeds (मेथी दाना) - 1 tsp
* Dry red chili (सूखी लाल मिर्च) - 2-3
* Curry leaves (कड़ी पत्ता) - some
* Roasted chickpeas (भुने चने) - 2-3 tbsp
* Desiccated coconut (नारियल बुरादा) - 1/4 cup
* Tamarind (इमली) - some
* Asafoetida (हींग) - 1 tsp
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1 tsp
* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 2-3 tsp
* Salt (नमक) - 3 tsp
RECIPE:
For Sambhar Premix, take some Tuar Dal (Pigeon Pea), Chana Dal (Chickpea Lentil), Urad Dal and some Rice in a bowl and wash them properly then make them dry by wiping them with a cloth and roast all the Pulses. In a pan, put some Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Dried Fenugreek Leaves and Fenugreek Seeds and roast them. Then put some Whole Red Chilies, Curry Leaves, Roasted Grams, Desiccated Coconut and some seedless Tamarind. Then turn off the flame and keep the Spices aside for cooling down. In a mixer jar, put the roasted Pulses, Asafoetida, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, and Salt then grind them. Then put the roasted Spices in the mixer jar and grind them all together. In this way, Sambhar Premix will get ready. For Instant Sambhar, take a bowl, put some Sambhar Premix in it and add some Hot Water in it then cover it and keep it aside for 5 mins. Take a pan, put some Oil, Curry Leaves, Mustard Seeds, Urad Dal and Chana Dal (Chickpea Lentil) in it. Then put some Cumin Seeds, Dried Whole Red Chilies, Asafoetida, chopped Ginger and Green Chilies in it. Then put some chopped tomatoes and cook it till it releases fat then put some Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Water, and Jaggery in it. Then put the Sambhar Premix and Hot Water mixture in it. When it starts boiling, put some more Water and some Salt. In this way, Instant Sambhar will get ready, serve it with Idli, Dosas, and Vadas.

after watching the recipe, do hit the like button and press the bell icon for getting the notification of new recipe. today we will make cerelac for kids. we will make 4 types of cerelac which you can keep for 6 months. after 6 months we start feeding the child something because their diet increases and before cooking you need to make sure that whatever work you do, you do with cleanliness. today we will make 4 type of cerelac, one with rice , one with oats , poha , dahlia. first of all we will make with rice , what we have done is take 1/2 cup of rice and soak in water for 1/2 hour. wash it well and filter it. put the rice in the frying pan on a medium flame keep stirring it and let it roast. you can see they are completely roasted let it cook and then grind it. now we have dalia(cracked wheat) roast it also on a low flame. let it cool and then grind it. now we will put oats, roast it as well and make powder on a low flame. after it gets roasted let
