INGREDIENTS:
FOR PASTE:
* Oil (तेल) - 1 tbsp
* Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1/2 tsp
* Garlic (लहसुन) - some
* Onion (प्याज) - 2-3
* Tomatoes (टमाटर) - 2-3
* Green chili (हरीमिर्च) - 2-3
* Ginger (अदरक) - some
FOR GRAVY:
* Oil (तेल) - 1-1.5 tbsp
* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 tsp
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 tsp
* Garam Masala powder (गरम मसाला) - 1/2 tsp
* Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
* Water (पानी) - 2 tbsp
* Salt (नमक) - as per taste
* Dried Fenugreek leaves (कसूरी मेथी) - some
* Curd (दही) - 2 tbsp
FOR KOFTA:
* Beans (राजमा) - 1 bowl
* Dried Fenugreek leaves (कसूरी मेथी) - some
* Chat Masala powder (चाट मसाला पाउडर) - 1/2
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1
* Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) - less 1/2
* Garam Masala powder (गरम मसाला) - less 1/2
* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2
* Salt (नमक) - some
* Gram Flour (बेसन) - 2 tbsp
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती) - some
* Carom seeds (अजवाइन) - some
RECIPE:
Boil some Kidney Beans (Rajma), then take a bowl and put boiled Kidney Beans, Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Chat Masala, Coriander Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Red Chili Powder, Salt, Roasted Gram Flour, Carrom Seeds and Coriander Leaves in it and mix them all. Make the Koftas (Balls) of the mixture. Grease some Oil in the Appe Mould and roast the Koftas in it and take out them.
For Gravy, take a mixer jar, put some chopped Tomatoes, Green Chilies and Ginger in it then grind them.
In a pan, put some Oil, Cumin Seeds, Garlic and chopped Onion. Saute them and then put it in the mixer jar and grind it with the Tomatoes.
In the same pan, put some Oil, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, and Kashmiri Red Chili Powder. Roast the Spices by adding some water and then put the Tomato and Onion paste in it. Then cover it and cook it on a slow flame till it releases fat. After 5-7 mins check the gravy then put some Salt, Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Curd and the Boiled Water which is used for boiling the Kidney Beans then cook it on slow flame. Then add some water in the gravy and put the roasted Koftas in the gravy and cook it on a slow flame for 2-3 mins. In this way, Kidney Beans Kofta in Gravy will get ready. Garnish it with some Coriander Leaves and serve it with Rice and Chapatis.

after watching the recipe, do hit the like button and press the bell icon for getting the notification of new recipe. today we will make cerelac for kids. we will make 4 types of cerelac which you can keep for 6 months. after 6 months we start feeding the child something because their diet increases and before cooking you need to make sure that whatever work you do, you do with cleanliness. today we will make 4 type of cerelac, one with rice , one with oats , poha , dahlia. first of all we will make with rice , what we have done is take 1/2 cup of rice and soak in water for 1/2 hour. wash it well and filter it. put the rice in the frying pan on a medium flame keep stirring it and let it roast. you can see they are completely roasted let it cook and then grind it. now we have dalia(cracked wheat) roast it also on a low flame. let it cool and then grind it. now we will put oats, roast it as well and make powder on a low flame. after it gets roasted let
