INGREDIENTS:
FOR DOUGH:
* All-purpose flour (मैदा) - 200 grams
* Salt (नमक) - 1/2 tsp
* Carom seeds (अजवाइन) - 1/2 tsp
* Ghee (घी) - 3 tbsp
* Lukewarm water (गुनगुना पानी) - as required
FOR STUFFING:
* Oil (तेल) - 2 tsp
* Asafoetida (हींग) - less 1/4 tsp
* Spices (मसाला) - 1 tsp
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - some
* Chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - less 1/2 tsp
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 tsp
* Garam Masala powder (गरम मसाला) - 1/4 tsp
* Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
* Salt (नमक) - as per taste
* Sugar (चीनी) - 1/2 tsp
* Gram Flour (बेसन) - 1 tbsp
* Mango powder (अमचूर पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
* Water (पानी) - as required
* Potato (आलू) - 4
* Coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - some
FOR MASALA:
* Fennel seeds (सौंफ)
* Coriander seeds (सूखा धनिया)
* Cumin seeds (जीरा)
* Dry red chili (सूखी लाल मिर्च)
RECIPE:
For Samosa Filling, take a pan, put some Oil, Asafoetida, coarsely ground Fennel Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds and Red Chilies in it. Then put some finely chopped Green Chilies, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt, Sugar, and some Gram Flour in it. Roast it for 2-3 mins then put some Water, boiled and mashed Potatoes. Mix it well, put some Coriander Leaves then turn off the flame and keep the filling for cooling down.
For the dough, take a bowl, put some All-Purpose Flour, Salt, Carom Seeds, Oil and bind the dough by adding Lukewarm Water. Cover it and keep it for 15-20 mins.
Then make some Dough balls and take a dough ball, wrap it in All-Purpose Flour and roll it.
Take a knife, dip it in water and cut the rolled dough in 2 parts.
Apply some water on the edges and make a cone shape of it. Put some filling in it and again apply some Water on the edges and cover it properly and the Samosa will get ready.
In the same way, make all the Samosas and fry them in the oil on medium flame.
Serve the very tasty Samosas with some Chutneys and Curd and enjoy it.

after watching the recipe, do hit the like button and press the bell icon for getting the notification of new recipe. today we will make cerelac for kids. we will make 4 types of cerelac which you can keep for 6 months. after 6 months we start feeding the child something because their diet increases and before cooking you need to make sure that whatever work you do, you do with cleanliness. today we will make 4 type of cerelac, one with rice , one with oats , poha , dahlia. first of all we will make with rice , what we have done is take 1/2 cup of rice and soak in water for 1/2 hour. wash it well and filter it. put the rice in the frying pan on a medium flame keep stirring it and let it roast. you can see they are completely roasted let it cook and then grind it. now we have dalia(cracked wheat) roast it also on a low flame. let it cool and then grind it. now we will put oats, roast it as well and make powder on a low flame. after it gets roasted let
