Oil Free Pakoda Sabji | बिना फ्राई किये पकोड़े की सब्जी बनाये आसानी से | Besan Ki Sabji Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
* Gram Flour (बेसन) - 1 cup
* Onion (प्याज) - 1
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च)
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
* Salt (नमक) - as per taste
* Chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - as per taste
* Carom seeds (अजवाइन) - 1/2 tsp
* Oil (तेल) - 1 tsp
* Water (पानी) - as required

FOR GRAVY:
* Oil (तेल) - 1 tbsp
* Tomato puree (टमाटर प्यूरी) - 3-4 tbsp
* Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1/2 tsp
* Curry leaves (करि पत्ता) - some
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - 1-2 chilies
* Ginger (अदरक)
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
* Chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - as per taste
* Salt (नमक) - as per taste
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 tsp
* Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/4 tsp
* Water (पानी) - as required
* Dried Fenugreek leaves (कसूरी मेथी) - some
* Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) - 1/4 tsp
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती) - for garnishing

RECIPE:

In a bowl, put some Gram Flour, chopped Onion, Green Chilies, Coriander Leaves, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Carom Seeds and Oil. Then by adding Water, make a thick batter of it. Then cover it and keep it aside for some time.
Keep a Tawa on the flame, grease some Oil on it and make the Pakodas on the Tawa by shallow frying them.
For Gravy, take a pan, put some Oil, Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves and Tomato Puree in it. Then put some Green Chilies, Ginger, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder and Kashmiri Red Chili Powder in it and roast them. Put some Water then cover it and cook it for 2-3 mins. Then put some Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Garam Masala Powder, Coriander Leaves and the Gravy will get ready.
Put the shallow fried Pakodas in the gravy then cover and cook it on slow flame for some time and then turn off the flame.
In this way, very amazing Pakodas with Tomato Gravy will get ready to serve.
