Gune Recipe For Gangaur | स्वादिष्ट बेसन के नमकीन गुने व पापड़ बनाये गणगौर की पूजा के लिए

* Gram Flour (बेसन) - 1.5 cup
* Urad dal (उड़द दाल) - 1/4 cup
* Water (पानी) - 3 tbsp
* Asafoetida (हींग) - 1/4 tsp
* Black pepper (काली मिर्च) - 1/2 tsp
* Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1 tsp
* Carom seeds (अजवाइन) - 1/2 tsp
* Fenugreek Leaves (कसूरी मेथी) - 1 तब्स्प
* Baking soda (बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/4 tsp
* Salt (नमक) - as per taste
* Chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
* Oil (तेल) - 2 tbsp


Take some Urad Dal and soak it for 4-5 hours and then grind it to make its paste.
In a bowl, put some Gram Flour, Asafoetida, Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Seeds, Carom Seeds, Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Baking Soda, Salt, Red Chili Powder and Oil. Mix them all and bind the tight dough by adding Urad Dal paste in it. Grease some Oil on the dough and make it smooth. Then cover it and keep aside for 10 mins.
Then apply some Oil on the rolling board and take a dough ball and roll it. Then cut it in rectangular pieces and make the rings of the pieces.
Fry them in the medium heated Oil.
In the same way, you can make small and thin Papads and prick them with the fork and then fry them in the Oil.
In this way, Rajasthani Gune and Papads will get ready.
