INGREDIENTS:
* Dosa batter (डोसा बैटर)
* Salt (नमक)
* Spice (मसाला)
* Potato (आलू)
* Cucumber (खीरा)
* Tomatoes (टमाटर)
* Oil (तेल)

RECIPE:

Take some fermented Dosa Batter in a bowl and put some Salt in it.
Grease some Oil on the griller, put some Dosa Batter on it and spread it. Put some masala on it and then put the slices of boiled Potato, Cucumber, Onion and Tomatoes. Again put some masala on it and some more batter on it to cover it. Put some Oil on it and grill it for 5-7 mins.
Cut it in pieces and enjoy the Yummy Grilled Sandwich easily at home.

INGREDIENTS:
* Ghee (घी) - 1 tbsp
* Sago (साबूदाना) - 1/2 cup
* Sugar (चीनी)
* Food color (फ़ूड कलर) - some
* Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर)
* Dry fruits (सूखे मेवे)

FOR PUDDING:
* Milk (दूध) - 2 cup
* Dry fruits (सूखे मेवे) - some

RECIPE:

Take some Nylon Sago and soak it for overnight. Then drain out its Water.
Keep a pan on flame, put some Ghee and Soaked Sago in it and cook it for 4-5 mins on slow flame. Then put some Sugar in it and let the flame slow. Put some Orange Food Colour, Crushed Cardamom, some Ghee and cook it on medium flame until it becomes dry.
Then turn off the flame and keep it for cooling down. Then make the Laddoos from it and garnish the Laddoos with chopped Pistachios.
For Pudding, take some Milk, add some Sugar in it and cook it till it becomes half of its initial quantity. Then keep it for cooling down.

RECIPE:

Take out some Lemon Juice and put it in a plate. Put some Sugar in it and mix it well. Don’t stir it again and again and keep it for drying below the fan. Don’t keep it in the sunlight and stir it at once after 8-10 hours. It will get dry in 3-4 days then put it in the mixer jar, add some Rock Salt and grind them in the powdered form.
In this way, Lemon Powder will get ready. Keep it in the air tight jar, don’t keep it in the fridge and use it for long time.

For Tomato Puree, take some Tomatoes, wash them and wipe them with a cloth. Cut the upper part of Tomatoes and make cuts on them. Then put the Tomatoes in the boiling Water and cover them for 2 mins. * Potato (आलू) - 1 cup
* Corn flour (अरारोट/कॉर्न स्टार्च) - 1 cup
* Salt/Rock salt (नमक/सेंधा नमक)
* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च)
* Lukewarm water (गुनगुना पानी) - 2 tbsp
* Oil (तेल) - for frying

RECIPE:

Boil some Potatoes and grate them. Put some Corn Starch, Salt and Red Chili Powder in the grated Potatoes. Mix them all and bind the dough by adding Lukewarm Water. Apply some Oil on the dough and grease some Oil on the chopping board. Divide the dough in 3-4 parts and make the rolls of the dough.
Put the rolls in the boiling Water and then cover them and cook them for at least 20 mins. Then turn off the flame and let the rolls in the boiling Water for 10 mins.
Then take out the rolls on a plate cover it with a clean wrap and keep the rolls in the fridge for overnight.

* Water (पानी) - less 200 grams
* Sugar (चीनी) - 200 grams
* Desiccated coconut (नारियल बुरादा) - 2-3 tbsp
* Dry fruits (मेवे) -some
* Ghee (घी) - 1 tbsp
* Food Color (खाद्य रंग) - some drops

RECIPE:

Take some Peanuts, roast them and grind them. Take some pauses while grinding and make the Peanut Powder and then sieve the Peanut Powder.
In a pan, put some Water and Sugar and make a sticky Sugar Syrup. Then put the Peanut Powder in the Syrup gradually.
Put some Desiccated Coconut in it and make the Mixture thick.

* Wheat flour (गेहूं आटा) - 1/2 cup
* All purpose flour (मैदा) - 1/2 cup

* Ghee (घी) - 1 tbsp
