Quick And Soft Poha Recipe | अगर पोहा सूखा बनता है या चिपकता है तो आज बनाये झटपट परफेक्ट पोहा

INGREDIENTS:
* Flattened Rice/Poha (पोहा) - 1 bowl/150 grams
* Sugar (चीनी) - 1-1.5 tsp
* Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) - some
* Oil (तेल) - 1 tbsp
* Peanut (मूंगफली) - some
* Mustard seeds (राई) - 1/2 tsp
* Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1/2 tsp
* Fennel seeds (सौंफ) - 1/2 tsp
* Asafoetida (हींग) - 1 pinch
* Curry leaves (करि पत्ता) - some
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - 2
* Potato (आलू) - 1 medium size
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - some
* Salt (नमक) - as per taste
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती) - for garnishing
FOR SERVING:
* Poha (पोहा)
* Sprouts (स्प्राउट्स)
* Namkeen/Sev (नमकीन/सेव)
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च)
* Peanut (मूंगफली)
* Lemon (नींबू)
* Onion (प्याज)
RECIPE:
Take some Flattened Rice, make them clean and wash them. Keep the washed Flattened Rice aside by covering it for 5-7 mins.
Then put some Salt, Powdered Sugar and Lime Juice in the soaked and washed Flattened Rice and again cover it and keep it for 5-7 mins.
In a pan, put some Oil and roast the Peanuts and take out them. In the same pan, put some more Oil, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Asafoetida, Curry Leaves, finely chopped Green Chilies, some boiled and chopped Potatoes and turn the flame slow then put some Turmeric Powder and Salt and cook it for a min.
Then turn off the flame and put the soaked Flattened Rice in the pan and mix them. Turn on the flame and keep it slow then cover the Flattened Rice and cook it for a min. Then turn off the flame, put some finely chopped Coriander Leaves and serve the Flattened Rice (Poha) by putting some Sev (Snack) and some roasted Peanuts on it.
