Mohanthal Recipe | बिना मावे के दानेदार मोहनथाल बनाने का सटीक तरीका | Besan Barfi | Indian Sweet |

* Gram Flour (बेसन) - 125 grams
* Milk (दूध) - 3.5 tbsp/1/2 cup
* Ghee (घी) - 200 grams
* Sugar (चीनी) - 200 grams/1 cup
* Water (पानी) - 200 grams/1 cup
* Saffron (केसर) - some
* Dry fruit (ड्राई फ्रूट) - for garnishing


Take some Gram Flour, put some Lukewarm Milk and some Ghee in it and mix it well by using your hands. Then cover it for 15 mins and then sieve the Gram Flour properly and grind the remaining thick part in the mixer and use it as well.
In a pan, put some Ghee and the sieved Gram Flour. Roast it properly for 20-22 mins on medium flame. Then put some Milk in it gradually while roasting and roast it for 2-3 mins more. Then turn off the flame and stir it continuously and keep it aside for cooling down.
In a vessel, put some Sugar and Water and make a Sugar Syrup. Put some Saffron in it and cook it till it becomes sticky and then turn off the flame.
Put the hot Sugar Syrup in the roasted Gram Flour and mix it well and then keep it aside for 10 mins.
Take a flat round box or any plate, spread the Gram Flour mixture in it and garnish it with some chopped Dry Fruits. In this way, Mohal Thal will get ready to serve.
