भयंकर ठंड में अगर गरमा-गरम वेज कटलेट मिल जाये तो फिर क्या कहने | Veg Cutlet Recipe | Healthy Snacks





भयंकर ठंड हो या बारिश इस तरीके से बनाये वेज कटलेट वो भी आसानी से घर पर बिना किसी झंझट के

Ingredients:-
* Oil (तेल) - 1 tsp
* Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1/2 tsp
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - 1
* Ginger (अदरक) - some
* Cauliflower (फूलगोभी) - 1/2 cup
* Peas (मटर)
* Carrot (गाजर) - 1
* Cabbage (पत्ता गोभी)
* Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) - 1 small size
* Potato (आलू) - 1 big size boiled
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
* Chili flakes (चिली फलैक्स)
* Chat masala (चाट मसाला) - 1 tsp
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 tsp
* Cumin powder (जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
* Chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
* Salt (नमक) - as per taste
* Bread crumbs (ब्रेड क्रम्ब्स) - 2 slices bread
* Peanut (मूंगफली)
* All purpose flour (मैदा) - 2 tbsp
* Oil (तेल) - for frying
* Onion (प्याज)
* Radish (मूली)

RECIPE:

Take a pan, put some Oil, Cumin Seeds, Green Chilies and some Ginger. Roast for a little and then put some finely chopped Cauliflower, Peas, grated Carrot, Cabbage and Capsicum. Roast them and turn the flame slow. Put some Salt and cook the Veggies on slow flame by covering them for 1-2 mins.
Turn the flame off and let the Veggies for cooling down.
Take a mixing bowl, put some boiled and mashed Potatoes, Veggies, finely chopped Coriander Leaves and some Spices like Chili Flakes, Chaat Masala, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Red Chili Powder and some Salt.
Grind the slices of Bread and put them in the Cutlet Mixture. Also put some crushed Peanuts and mix all properly.
Take some All Purpose Flour in a bowl and make a loose batter by adding water in it.
Apply some Oil in your hands and make the Cutlets. Take a skimmer, put a Cutlet on it, dip it in the batter and then coat it with Bread Crumbs.
Fry the Cutlets on medium flame and serve the Crispy Cutlets with the Chutneys and Curd and Garnish it with some crushed Peanuts.
