बिना तले बनायें समोसा, स्वादिष्ट भी और हेल्थी भी | Samosa Recipe | Healthy Samosa Recipe

Ingredients:-
* All purpose flour (मैदा) - 1/2 cup/100 grams
* Carom seeds (अजवाइन)
* Salt (नमक)
* Oil (तेल) - 1.5 tbsp
* Water (पानी)

For Stuffing:-
* Oil (तेल) - 1 tsp
* Asafoetida (हींग) -1 pinch
* Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1/2 tsp
* Coriander seeds (सूखा साबुत धनिया) - 1/2 tsp
* Fennel seeds (सौंफ) - 1/2 tsp
* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 tsp
* Mango powder (अमचूर पाउडर) - 1 tsp
* Chat Masala (चाट मसाला) - 1/2 tsp
* Water (पानी) - 1 tsp
* peas (मटर) - 1/4 bowl
* Potato (आलू) - 3 medium size
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/4 tsp
* Salt (नमक) - as per taste
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती) - for garnishing

RECIPE:

Take some All Purpose Flour, put some crushed Carom Seeds, Salt and some Oil then bind the dough by using Water. Apply some Oil on the dough and keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
For Filling, put some Oil in a pan. Put Asafoetida, Cumin Seeds, some crushed Dried Coriander Seeds and some Fennel Seeds. Roast them for a little and turn the flame slow. Put some Spices like Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Mango Powder and Chaat Masala. Roast the spices and put some water in it. Then put some Peas, boiled and mashed Potatoes, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Salt and some finely chopped Coriander Leaves.
Make dough balls. Take a dough ball and roll it. Keep a bowl of water and dip the knife in water and cut the rolled dough ball in 2 parts and then apply some water on its edges and make a cone. Fill the filling in the cone and make it in the shape of Samosa. In this way, make all the Samosas.
Set the Air Fryer for pre heating at 180 degree for 5 mins and then put the Samosas in it and set the temperature at 200 degree and set the timer for 10-15 mins. The Samosas will get ready in this way. Grease some Oil on the ready Samosas and serve the Samosas with the chutneys.
