घुटनो के दर्द के लिए रामबाण है ये अखरोट का लड्डू सारा दर्द होगा छूमंतर | Healthy Dry Fruit Laddu

Ingredients:-
* Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) - less than 1 bowl
* Walnut (अखरोट) - 1 bowl
* Dates (पिंड खजूर) - 1 bowl
* Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) - some
* Nutmeg (जायफल) - some
* Honey (शहद) - 1-2 tbsp

RECIPE:

Keep a pan on low to medium flame and put the Wheat Flour in it and roast it.
In the same pan roast some Walnuts and keep it aside for cooling down.
Then grind the roasted Walnuts and take out them in a bowl.
Grind the Dates and mix it with the Walnuts. Put roasted Wheat Flour, Cardamom Powder, grated Nutmeg, some Honey in the bowl and mix all these ingredients properly.
Then make the Laddoos from the ready mixture and decorate the Laddoos with some chopped Dry fruits.
