पंजाबी स्टाइल सरसों का साग बनाने की रेसिपी | Sarson Ka Saag | Punjabi Sarson Ka Saag Recipe |

Ingredients:-
* Water (पानी) - 1.5 glass
* Mustard leaves (सरसों) - 1 bunch/1 k.g
* Spinach (पालक),Bathua (बथुआ),Fenugreek leaves (मेथी) - 1 kg
* Garlic (लहसुन) - 15-20 pieces
* Ginger (अदरक) - 1 big size
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - 5-6 chilies
* Salt (नमक) - as per taste
* Ghee (घी)

For Paste:-
* Maize flour (मक्के का आटा) - 1/2 bowl
* Hot water (गर्म पानी) - as required

For Garnish:-
* Ghee (घी)
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - 2 long chopped
* Onion (प्याज) - 1 long chopped
* Whole Red Chili (साबुत लाल मिर्च) - 3-4 long

For Tadka:-
* Asafoetida (हींग)
* Onion (प्याज) - 3 medium size
* Garlic (लहसुन)
* Ginger (अदरक)
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च)
* Tomatoes (टमाटर) - 2 medium size
* Salt (नमक) - as per taste
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर)
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
* Chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)

RECIPE:

Take some Mustard Leaves, Spinach Leaves, Bathua, Fenugreek Leaves, and wash them.
Put the Mustard Leaves in the hot water by putting some Salt in it and then chop it and also chop the other leafy vegetables finely.
Put some water in the cooker for boiling and then put all the green leafy vegetables in it.
Put finely chopped Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilies and some Salt in it.
Cover it half and cook it for minimum 1 hour on medium flame and if some more water will be required then you can put hot water in it.
Stir it again and again and mash the Saag properly.
Take some Maize Flour and add some hot water to it and make a batter.
Put the batter in the cooker gradually and turn the flame slow and mash it and turn off the flame and when it will get mashed then put some more Ghee in it.
For tadka, put some Ghee in a pan and then put long chopped Green Chilies, Onion and Dry Whole Red Chilies and fry them lightly then take out some of the Onions, Green Chilies and Dry Whole Red Chilies for garnishing the Saag.
Then in the same pan, put some Asafoetida, finely chopped Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilies, some chopped Tomatoes, Salt, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder then mash the Tomatoes and Onions properly and put the Saag in it.
Garnish it with some half fried Onion, Green Chilies, Dry Red Chilies and put a piece of Butter on it and serve it with the salad.
