रेस्टोरेंट जैसी मेथी मलाई मटर अब बना सकेंगे घर पर भी आसानी से | Methi Malai Matar Recipe

For Boiling Peas:-

* Water (पानी) - 1 cup

* Salt (नमक) - some quantity

* Sugar (चीनी) - some quantity

* Peas (मटर) -1 cup

For Methi Matar:-

* Butter (बटर) - some quantity

* Dried fenugreek leaves (कसूरी मेथी) - 1/2 cup

* Boiled peas (उबला हुआ मटर)

For Paste:-

* Oil (तेल) - 1 tbsp

* Cardamom (इलायची) - 2 pieces

* Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - 1 chili

* Ginger (अदरक) - some pieces

* Onion (प्याज) - 2 medium size

* Cashew nuts (काजू) - 1/4 cup

* Water (पानी) - 1 cup

* Curd (दही) - 1/2 cup

For White Gravy:-

* Oil (तेल) - 1 tbsp

* Butter (बटर) - some quantity 

* Cinnamon (दालचीनी) - 1 small stick

* Cumin seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 tsp

* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 tsp 

* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/4 tsp

* Black pepper powder(काली मिर्च) - 1/4 tsp

* Garam Masala powder (गरम मसाला) - 1/4 tsp

* Salt (नमक) - as per taste

* Sugar (चीनी) - 1/2 tsp

* Methi matar (मेथी मटर)

* Amul fresh cream (क्रीम) - 2 serving spoons


Put some water in a pan for boiling and then put Salt, Sugar and Peas in it.

Boil the Peas for a little by covering it.

When the Peas get boiled, keep them aside.

Take another pan, put some Butter and Dried Fenugreek Leaves in it and roast the Fenugreek Leaves for a while and then put the boiled Peas in it. Saute them for a min.

Now for gravy, put some Oil in a pan.

Put Small Cardamom, Green Chili, Ginger pieces, chopped Onion, Soaked Cashew Nuts and some water in it. Make them soft and cook it for 5 mins by covering it.

When it gets soft, put it in a strainer and let it for cooling down.

Then take a mixer jar, put this mixture and some Curd in it and grind them all.

Take a pan, put some Oil and Butter in it.

Put a Cinnamon Stick, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Powder, Red Chili Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Garam Masala in it.

Then put the grinded paste in it. Put some Salt and cook it by covering it.

When the Oil releases, put some Sugar and then Roasted Fenugreek and Peas in it.

Cover them and let them to be cooked on slow flame.

When it releases Oil, put Fresh Cream and turn off the flame. Restaurant style Methi Malai Matar is ready to serve now.
