बिना चीनी के कलाकंद बनाने का सबसे आसान तरीका | Kalakand Recipe | Milk Kalakand Burfi | Sweet Recipe

घर पर बनाये कलाकंद बिना किसी मेहनत के | #kalakandrecipe #milkcake #milkkalakandburfi


* Milk (दूध) - 1 liter

* Cottage cheese (पनीर) - 200 grams

* Corn Flour (अरारोट) - 1 tsp

* Milk (दूध) - some

* Jaggery (गुड़) - 100 grams

* Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) - 1/4 tsp

* Saffron (केसर) - some

* Dry Fruits (ड्राई फ्रूट्स) - some

* Ghee (घी) - for greasing


Take a pan, put some Full Cream Milk in it and let it for boiling till it becomes half of its initial quantity.Cook it on high flame.

When the Milk gets boiled, put the grated Cottage Cheese in it and cook it.

Take some Corn Flour and add some cold Milk in it and then put it in the pan.

Turn the flame slow and put Jaggery, Cardamom Powder and soak some Saffron Leaves in some Milk and put it in the pan and cook it.

You can serve hot Kalakand as well or you can keep it to set also.

Grease some Ghee on a tray and put all the Kalakand in it. It will get set in 2-3 hours.

Garnish it with some chopped Pistachios and with some Saffron Leaves. You can set it in the fridge or you can keep it on room temperature as well.

After 4-5 hours, cut it in pieces and in this way Kalakand will get ready.
