स्कूल व ऑफिस के टिफ़िन मिलेंगे बिलकुल खाली 5 टाइप के पराठे टेस्टी, क्रिस्पी व हेल्दी | Paratha Recipe

Ingredients:-

Matar/peas paratha (मटर का पराठा ):-

* Oil / Ghee (तेल/घी) - 1 tsp

* Cumin seeds (जीरा)

* Asafoetida (हींग) - 1 pinch

* Peas (मटर)

* Salt (नमक)

* Water (पानी)

* Ginger (अदरक)

* Green chili (हरी मिर्च)

* Roasted gram Flour (बेसन) - 1 tbsp

* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 tsp

* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)

* Chat masala (चाट मसाला) - 1 tsp

* Chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp

* Dough (आटा)

* Ghee/Oil (घी/तेल)



Sattu ka paratha (सत्तू का पराठा):-

* Roasted chickpeas (भुने चने) - 1 small bowl

* Garlic (लहसुन)

* Green chili (हरी मिर्च)

* Ginger (अदरक)

* Green coriander (हरा धनिया)

* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)

* Salt (नमक)

* Chat masala (चाट मसाला) - 1 tsp

* Pickle oil (अचार का तेल) - 1 tsp

* Carom seeds (अजवाइन) - 1/2 tsp

* Lemon juice (निम्बू का रस)



Maggi Masala Paratha(मैगी मसाला पराठा):-

* Potato (आलू) - 2 boiled

* Maggi Masala (मैगी मसाला) - 2 tsp

* Ginger (अदरक)

* Green chili (हरी मिर्च)

* Onion (प्याज) - 1 piece

* Coriander leaves (हरा धनिया)

* Salt (नमक)

* Chat masala (चाट मसाला) - 1 tsp

* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)

* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 tsp

* Chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)


Palak Paratha(पालक पराठा):-

* Spinach (पालक)

* Ghee (घी) 1 tsp

* Carom seeds (अजवाइन) - 1/2 tsp

* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च)

* Salt (नमक)

* Chat masala (चाट मसाला)

* Ginger (अदरक)

* Green chili (हरी मिर्च)

* Roasted gram flour (भुना हुआ बेसन)


Paneer Paratha(पनीर पराठा):-

* Cottage cheese (पनीर)

* Onion (प्याज)

* Ginger (अदरक)

* Green chili (हरी मिर्च)

* Dried coriander seeds (साबुत धनिया)

* Fennel seeds (सौफ बीज)

* Chili flakes (चिली फलैक्स)

* Coriander leaves (हरा धनिया)

* Chat masala (चाट मसाला)

* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर)

* Salt (नमक)

* Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)

* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)

* Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा)




RECIPE:

1. Peas Parantha:
Take some Oil in pan and put Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida and some Peas in it.
Then put some Salt as per the taste and some water to make the peas soft.
Put some Ginger, Green Chilies, Roasted Gram Flour, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder,
Chat Masala, Red Chili Powder.
Then mash the Peas with the masher and turn off the flame. Keep the filling for cooling
down.
Bind the dough for the Paranthas.
Make the ball of the ready filling and put it on the rolled chapatti and fold it all
around.
Then make it flat by using hands and roll it properly.
Put the Parantha on the Tawa for roasting and roast it by applying Ghee or Oil on it.
Peas Parantha will get ready in this way.

2. Stuffed Sattu Parantha:
Put some roasted Chickpea, Garlic, Green Chilies, Ginger, Coriander Leaves, Red Chili
Powder, Salt, Chat Masala, Carom Seeds, Pickle’s Oil and grind them all.
Take out the filling in a bowl, put some Lemon Juice and mix it.
Take a dough ball, roll it and hold it in your hands and put the filling in it, cover it
properly and make it flat by using hands and then roll it with the rolling pin
carefully and roast it on the Tawa by applying Ghee on it. The crispy and tasty
Parantha will be ready.

3. Parantha of Potato with Maggi Masala:
Grate some boiled Potatoes and put Maggi Masala, Ginger, Green Chilies, finely chopped
Onion, Coriander Leaves, Salt, Chat Masala, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder
and Red Chili Powder and mix them all.
Take a dough ball and make the ball of the filling then roll the dough ball and put some
Wheat Flour and then put the filling and fold it properly and again roll it.
Roast it on the Tawa and the Parantha will get ready.

4. Stuffed Spinach Parantha:
Put some Ghee in a pan and put some Carom Seeds in it and then put that Ghee with Carom
Seeds on the chopped Spinach Leaves.
Then put some Red Chili Powder, Salt, Chat Masala, Ginger,  Green Chilies and mix them.
Roll the dough ball, put some Roasted Gram Flour on it and then put the filling and some
more roasted Gram Flour on it.
Fold it properly and roast it with Ghee/Oil/Butter. The very tasty and healthy Spinach
Parantha will get ready in this way.

5. Cottage Cheese’s Parantha:
Grate some Cottage Cheese, put some finely chopped Onion, Ginger, Green Chilies, some
coarsely grinded Dry Coriander Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Chili Flakes, Coriander
Leaves, Chat Masala, Coriander Powder, Salt, Garam Masala Powder and Turmeric
Powder and then mix them all.
Put some Wheat Flour in the filling and then roll the dough ball.
Hold it in your hands and put the filling in it. Fold it properly and roll it.
Put it on the Tawa and roast it.
In this way, 5 types of Paranthas will get ready.
