Ingredients:

* Water (पानी) - 1/2 cup

* Sugar (चीनी) - 1/2 tsp

* Spinach (पालक) - 1 bunch

* Oil (तेल) - 1 tbsp

* Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1/2 tsp

* Ginger (अदरक) - 1 inch

* Garlic (लहसुन) - 7-8 pieces

* Onion (प्याज) - 1 medium size

* Tomatoes (टमाटर) - 2 medium size

* Salt (नमक) - 1/4 tsp

* Water (पानी) - 1/2 cup

* Green coriander (हरा धनिया) - some quantity

* Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - 1 chili

* Cottage cheese (पनीर) - 200 grams

* Oil (तेल) - 1 tbsp

* Butter (बटर) - 1 tbsp

* Cumin (जीरा) - 1/2 tsp

* Dry Whole Red Chili (सूखी साबुत लाल मिर्च) - 2-3 chilies

* Turmeric powder (हल्दी) - 1/4 tsp

* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp or less 

* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 2 tsp

* Gram Flour (बेसन) - 2 tbsp

* Curd (दही) - 1/2 cup

* Salt (नमक) - as per taste

* Fresh Cream (फ्रेश क्रीम) - 1 tbsp



RECIPE:



Keep some water for boiling on the flame.

Put some Sugar and washed Spinach in the boiling water.

When it starts boiling, turn off the flame and take out the Spinach and immediately put it in the ice cold water.

Put some Oil in a pan then put Cumin, fine pieces of Ginger, Garlic, chopped Onion and cook them lightly.

Then put Tomatoes, Salt and Water cook it and cover it for 3-4 mins.

After 3-4 mins, it will get soft, turn off the flame and let it for cooling down.

Then put it in the mixer jar, put Coriander Leaves, Green Chilies and boiled Spinach and grind them.

Put some Refined Oil and Butter in a pan.

Put Cumin Seeds, Dried Whole Red Chilies and Green Chilies and turn the flame slow.

Put some Spices like- Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder.

Mix some Curd and Roasted Gram Flour in a bowl and put it in the pan.

After that put the paste of Spinach and cook it for 3-4 mins on medium flame.

Then put Salt as per the taste, some Fresh Cream and cook it for sometime.

Then put some Cubes of Cottage Cheese and let them to be cooked.

Turn off the flame and the Spinach and Cottage Cheese recipe is ready, you can garnish it with some Fresh Cream.
