यकीन नहीं होगा चने के पानी से व्हिप क्रीम सिर्फ 2 इंग्रेडिएंट्स से | Whipped Cream | Aquafaba Cream

सिर्फ चने के पानी से बनाये व्हिपक्रीम आसानी से | 2 Ingredients Chickpea Recipe

* Chickpeas (छोले) - 250 grams

* Water (पानी) - 1/2 liter

* Icing sugar (आइसिंग शुगर) - 1/2 cup


Soak Chickpeas for overnight then boil it in the Pressure Cooker by adding Water in it and give it 5-6 whistles.

Then cook it for 10 mins on slow flame.

After boiling the Chickpeas, put them in the strainer and separate its water in a bowl to make the cream of it.

You will see the water gets thick, when it gets cool down then keep it in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

After 4 hours, take out the chilled Chickpea Water from the freezer and keep it till it comes at room temperature.

Put the Aquafaba in a bowl.

Put half of the Icing Sugar in it now and half of the Icing Sugar will be used while beating and beat it for at least 10-12 mins and during the beating process, you have to keep the cream in the freezer for 2-3 times to make it chilled.

To make the cream more white, put few drops of Lemon Juice in it and then put Essence in it.

Whipped Cream is ready to use now.
