* Ginger (अदरक ) - 1 inch
* Garlic (लहसुन ) - 7-8 cloves
* Lemon juice (निम्बू का रस ) - 1 tbsp
* Gram Flour (बेसन ) - 1/4 cup
* Rice flour/Arrowroot/Cornflour (चावल का आटा) - 1/4 cup
* Green coriander(हरा धनिया ) - some quantity
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर ) - 1/4 tsp
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp
* Garam masala (गरम मसाला ) - 1/4 tsp
* Salt (नमक ) - as per taste
