Ingredients:-

1st Day Tiffin Recipe:-

* ladyfinger (भिंडी )

* Lemon juice (निम्बू का रस )

* Gram Flour (बेसन )

* Oil (तेल )

* Salt (नमक )

* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर )

* Turmeric powder (हल्दी  पाउडर )

* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर )

* Raw mango powder (अमचूर  पाउडर )

* Cumin powder (जीरा  पाउडर )

For Boondi Raita:

* Curd (दही )

* Boondi (बूंदी)

* Black Salt (काला नमक )

* Salt (नमक )

6th Day Tiffin Recipe:-

* Oil (तेल )

* Cumin (जीरा )

* Onion (प्याज )

* Tomatoes (टमाटर )

* Ginger (अदरक )

* Green chili (हरी मिर्च )

* Salt (नमक )

* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)

* Dry coriander powder  (धनिया पाउडर)

* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर )

* Garam masala (गरम )

* Cumin powder (जीरा )

* Tomato Ketchup (टोमेटो केचुप )

* Cottage cheese (पनीर )

* Green coriander (हरा धनिया )

RECIPE:

Day-1 Tiffin-

Chop the Ladies' Finger and put some Lemon Juice and Gram flour on it and mix it.
Put some Oil in a pan and put chopped Ladies' Finger and keep the flame high.
After some time put Salt and turn the flame medium. Let it to be cooked by covering it.
Now put some spices- Coriander Powder, Turmeric powder, Red Chili Powder, Mango Powder, Cumin Powder and turn the flame slow.
When it gets cooked, turn the flame off.

For Boondi Raita, Put some Boondi in the Whisked Curd and then put some Black Salt, White Salt, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder and garnish it with Coriander Leaves.
Serve it in the tiffin.

Day-2 Tiffin-

For Mix Veg Pulav, Put some Oil in the cooker then put Cumin Seeds, Ginger, Green Chilies, Onion, Potatoes, Capsicum, Carrot, Tomatoes, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Salt, Soaked Rice and Water and let it to be boiled at once. When it starts boiling, give it a whistle on high flame. After the pressure get released, you will see the Pulav (Rice) gets ready to serve.

Day-3 Tiffin-

For Fenugreek with Potato, Put some Oil in a pan, then put some chopped garlic, Ginger, Green Chilies and keep the flame slow. Put washed and chopped Potatoes in it and Salt then cover it.
When the potatoes get soft, put Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chili Powder and chopped Tomatoes.
Then put washed and chopped Fenugreek Leaves and don't stir it, just cover it for sometime.
When it gets cooked, put some Dried Fenugreek Leaves at last.
For Salad, take some boiled Black Grams, put finely chopped Cucumber, Tomatoes, Boiled Potatoes, Green Chilies, Ginger, Lemon Juice, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, Black Pepper and the mix them all. Salad and the Fenugreek recipe will be ready to serve.

Day-4 Tiffin-

For Dal, Put some Oil in the cooker, some Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Tomatoes, Ginger, Green Chilies.
Then put some Moong Dal, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder and water in it.
Give it a whistle and garnish it with some Coriander Leaves.

For Rice, Put some Oil and Cumin Seeds in the pan then put soaked Rice in it and stir it.
Put Water and Salt and cook it by covering it.

For Mix Veg, put some Oil in a pan, some Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, turmeric Powder and then put vegetables like Carrot, French Beans, Peas, Capsicum and any other vegetables of your choice.
Put some Salt and cover it.
Then Put chopped Tomatoes, Green Chilies, Ginger, boiled and chopped Potatoes. Put Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Cumin Powder, and mix all these.
Cover it again and let them to be cooked.
Dal, Rice and Mix Veg recipe will get ready to serve in the tiffin.

Day-5 Tiffin-

Boil some Kidney Beans and keep Kidney Beans and its water in separate utensils.
Take some chopped Tomatoes in the mixer jar, put some Green Chilies, Ginger, Garlic and Roasted and Dry Onion and grind them all.
Put some Oil in the cooker, some Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder and the paste in it.
When it releases Oil, put the boiled Kidney Beans and Salt, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Cumin Powder and then put some Curd in it.
Put the boiled water of Kidney Beans and some Coriander Leaves and give it a whistle.

For Raita, take 2 slices of Bread and cut it in pieces, put Whisked Curd on it and other spices of your choice.

Day- 6 Tiffin-

For Paneer (Cottage Cheese) Bhurji, In a pan, put Oil, Cumin Seeds, finely chopped Onion and saute them lightly .
Then put finely chopped Tomatoes, Ginger, Green Chilies, Salt, and turn the flame slow then cover it.
After some time, put Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Cumin Powder, and put some Tomato Ketchup.
Now crush the Paneer with your hands and put it in the pan. Garnish it with Coriander Leaves.

In this way 6 easy and quick tiffin recipes will get ready.
