Ingredients:-
* Semolina - (सूजी) - 1 small cup
* Oil - (तेल ) - 1 tsp
* Ginger - (अदरक ) - some quantity.
* Green chili - (हरी मिर्च ) - some quantity.
* Water - (पानी ) 2 small cup + 2 tbsp
* Salt to taste - (नमक )
* Curd - (दही ) - 1/2 cup

FOR TADKA:-
* Oil - (तेल ) - 1 tbsp
* Rye - (राइ ) - 1/2 tbsp
* Urad Dal - (उड़द दाल ) - 1/2 tbsp
* Roasted gram - (भुने चने ) - 1/2 tbsp
* Dry whole red chilly - (सूखी साबुत लाल मिर्च ) - 2 
* Sweet Neem - (मीठा नीम ) - some quantity.
* Turmeric powder - (हल्दी पाउडर ) - some quantity.
* Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - some qua.
* Salt - (नमक ) - some quantity.
* Green Coriander - (हरा धनिया ) - some quantity.
* Lemon juice - (लेमन जूस ) - some quantity
* Coconut Powder - (नारियल का बुरादा ) - some quantity.
