* Small Cardamom (छोटी इलायची )
* Black Pepper (काली मिर्च )

* Cumin (जीरा )
* Rye (राइ )
* Dry Whole Red Chilly (सूखी साबुत लाल मिर्च ) - 1
* Bay Leaf (तेज पत्ता ) - 1
