Ingredients:-
* Rice flour (चावल का आटा) - 1 cup
* Sugar powder (शुगर पाउडर) - 1/2 cup
* All Purpose flour (मैदा) - 1/2 cup
* Cardamom powder(इलायची पाउडर)
* Sesame Seeds black(काला तिल)
* Coconut milk(कोकोनट मिल्क) - 250 ml.
* Water(पानी) - 1/2 cup+ 1 tbsp
* Oil (तेल) - for frying

RECIPE:

Take some Rice Flour, Powdered Sugar and All Purpose Flour and sieve them all in a big bowl.

Put some Cardamom Powder, Black Sesame Seeds and make the batter with Coconut Milk and Water.The batter should not be too thick and it should not be too loose.
Now take the mould dip it in the heated Oil and heat the mould properly. Then dip the mould in the
batter and then again put it in the pan. The batter will itself leave the mould and then fry the Cookie till it turns golden. In the same way make more Cookies and enjoy the cookies.

For Puran:-
* Chickpea lentil(चना दाल) - 1 cup/150 grams
* Water(पानी) - 1 cup/150 grams
* Jaggery(गुड़) -150 grams
* Cardamom powder(इलायची पाउडर)
* Nutmeg(जायफल)
* Ghee(घी)

For Puran Poli Dough:-
* Wheat flour(गेहूं का आटा)- 1 bowl
* Salt(नमक) - 2 pinch
* Turmeric powder(हल्दी पाउडर)

* Water(पानी) - as required
* Oil/Ghee(तेल/ घी) - 2 tbsp
* Water(पानी) - as required
* Oil/Ghee(तेल/ घी) - 2 tbsp

RECIPE:

Soak some Chana Dal (Chickpea Lentil) for overnight. Put some water in the cooker and when it starts boiling, put the soaked Chana Dal in it. Give it 2 whistles and then keep it on slow flame for 2-3 mins.

* Chickpea lentil - (चना दाल ) - 1/4 bowl
* Poha - (पोहा ) - 1/4 bowl
* Fenugreek seeds - (मैथी दाना) - 1 tsp
* Water - (पानी)
* Salt - (नमक)

RECIPE:
Put the Rice, Urad dal, and Chana Dal (Chickpea Lentil) in a utensil and wash them then soak them for 4-5 hours.
Soak the Fenugreek Seeds separately for 3-4 hours.

After 4-5 hours, mix the soaked Fenugreek Seeds with soaked Dal and Rice.

Now put all these ingredients in the mixer jar and also put Flattened Rice and grind them all.Don’t grind the batter too fine. The batter should be slightly coarse.

Ingredients:-

* Carrot (गाजर) - 1 kg

* Milk (दूध) - 1 liter

* Ghee (घी) - 3 tbsp

* Sugar (चीनी) - 150-200 grams

* Cardamom Powder (इलायची पाउडर) - some

* Dry Fruits (मेवे) - some



RECIPE:



Cut some Carrots in small pieces and grind it in the mixer jar. Don’t grind it continuously just grind it for some seconds.

Boil some Milk till it becomes 1/4th of its initial quantity and make it thick.

Take another pan, put some Ghee and grinded Carrots in it. Cook the Carrots for 5-7 mins till it gets dry.

After then, put the thick Milk in it and cook it on high flame to make it dry.

When it gets dry, put some Sugar, Cardamom Powder and then cook it for some time.

At last you can put some Ghee in it and then turn off the flame.

Serve it in a bowl and garnish…

Ingredients:-

* Milk (दूध) - 1 liter

* Cottage cheese (पनीर) - 200 grams

* Corn Flour (अरारोट) - 1 tsp

* Milk (दूध) - some

* Jaggery (गुड़) - 100 grams

* Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) - 1/4 tsp

* Saffron (केसर) - some

* Dry Fruits (ड्राई फ्रूट्स) - some

* Ghee (घी) - for greasing



RECIPE:



Take a pan, put some Full Cream Milk in it and let it for boiling till it becomes half of its initial quantity.Cook it on high flame.

When the Milk gets boiled, put the grated Cottage Cheese in it and cook it.

Take some Corn Flour and add some cold Milk in it and then put it in the pan.

Turn the flame slow and put Jaggery, Cardamom Powder and soak some Saffron Leaves in some Milk and put it in the pan and cook it.

You can serve hot Kalakand as well or you can keep it to set also.
