                     after watching the video , please do hit the like button and press the bell icon for getting   the notification of new video. namaste , welcome to masala kitchen. today we will make snacks of arbi leaves , the dish is also called patra. 1/2 spoon red chilly powder , 1/2 spoon amchur , 1/2 spoon garam masala turmeric   and 1 pinch asafoetida ginger , garlic , green chilly , pickle grind everything. if require i will add some amount of water a fine paste. according to taste , a pinch of red chilly powder , turmeric powder , amchur powder and garam masala. now we will take the grinded paste and mix them proper and than add water for making a thick paste. also add asafoetida in the paste. now wash the leaves and wipe them. take the leaves and remove the stalk of the leaf and its centre past , so that the leaf can be folded, wipe them well. keep a stimmer , let it get warm. spread the batter over the surface of the leaves with spatula or hand.

Garam masala should be home made because don't what kind of ingredients are added in the market. therefore we can't get the suitable garam masala according to our requirement. therefore i am making garam masala at home which is pure and full of fragrance. for garam masala we need 3 to 4 Tbsp cumin seed , 2Tbsp dry coriander , 2 Tbsp black paper , 5 nos black mace , 4 to 5 cinnamon , 6 to 7 bay leaf , 10 to 15 cloves , 25 cardamon , 1/2 nos nutmeg (for fragrance) what we have to do is dry all these in sunlight for one day or keep in pan heat it for 3 to 5 min so that its moisture content gets dry. if you have oven , i that also you can keep them for 1 min. we have stirred it on a medium flame in pan since it is bit hot , let it cool. now , we will grind it , so

namaste , welcome to masala kitchen. today we will make kale chane ki chat which you can easily prepare any time. it is healthy and very easy to make. we need kala chana (chickpeas) which were soaked over night , we have added salt and boiled it. boiling requires 2 whistles ans we have drained out the excess water we also need mashed potato , finely chopped potato , tomato , onion (if you eat ), ginger , green chilly , tamarind   sauce , coriander leaves , lemon juice. amchur powder , coriander powder , cumin powder, red chilly powder , salt according to taste. now put 11/2 tbsp of oil and add chickpeas to the pan , now add mashed potatoes to it and the drained water of chickpeas cook well. now as it is boiling e add tamarind   juice and mix well add a pinch of salt some amount of salt has been added before boiling. add red chilly powder , cumin powder , coriander powder , amchur powder , green chilly , garlic. chopped boil potato , tomato , onion , corian
