And roast them
Now for making makhane ka chiwda
· Turmeric powder
· Salt to taste
· Red chilli powder
· Black pepper
· Mint powder
· Green chilli
· Curry leaves
· Peanuts
· Now in pan take 2
tsp ghee
· Add curry leaves
· Green chilli
· Peanuts
· Turmeric powder
· Red chilli powder
· Black pepper
· Salt to taste
· Mint powder
· Now add makhana
· And roast it
· Now for the fourth
flavor
· We need
· 2 tsp ghee
· Coconut powder
· Gur
· Sesame seeds
· In a pan add the 2
tsp oil
· Add makhana
· Gur
· Sesame seeds
· And your makhane in
4 flavours are ready
