·   Today we are making power poha
·   For this we require
·   30 gm poha
·   60 gm poha
·   Tomatoes
·   Onion fine chopped
·   Green chilli
·   Lemon juice
·   Salt to taste
·   Turmeric powder
·   And some gur
·   Some masalas
·   1 tsp ghee
·   In a pan add the ghee
·   And put all the masala
·   Now add the onion
·   Now put the sprouts , tomatoes , turmeric powder
·   Salt to taste
·   Gur
·   And roast it
·   Now add the poha
·   Some lemon juice
·   And cover it with a lid for 2-3 minutes
·   And the power poha is ready
