दो इंग्रेडिएंट्स से बनाये मलाई कुल्फी ( मटका कुल्फी ) जो व्रत में भी खा सकें

       Matka kulfi

·                Today we are going to make malai kulfi with only 2 main  ingredients
·                First we will take full cream milk(2 packets of amul full cream milk) and boil it in a pan.
·                Now we need 125gm of sugar in 1 litre  milk
·                Some dryfruits
·                Little amount of kesar
·                Little amount of elaichi powder
·                Now put the elaichi powder and kesar in the milk and mix it
·                Now, we will Add sugar in the milk
·                Boil the milk properly and until only about 350 to 400 gm of milk is left
·                We can see that the milk is boiled properly and has become yellow in colour
·                Now add the dryfruits
·                For this we need kulfi moulds
·                Put the milk in the moulds
·                Now keep them in the freezer
·                Now the kulfi requires 8 to 10 hrs of cooling so keep it untouched for 8 to 10 hrs in the freezer
·                Now for taking out the kulfi from its mould dip the mould in water and slowly take the kulfi out of it
·                And our delicious malai kulfi is ready
